Raffle Rules for Prize Giveaway

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

  • The raffle is open to residents of the United States.

  • Employees, contractors, or affiliates of 3 Rivers Outdoor Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must complete the designated survey available on our website.

  • Each individual may submit entries per each combined activity performed in the month.  (i.e., each run counts as a separate activity, a bike/run session counts as a single entry).

  • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

  • We ask that you are respectful and considerate in submitting your entries for participation in outdoor recreation.

3. Entry Period

  • The entry period begins at midnight on the 1st of the month and ends at the end of the month. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. Prize

  • The prize is listed on the site.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

  • We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Selection of Winner

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

  • The drawing will take place at 3 Rivers Outdoor Company within the first 10 days of the month and will be broadcast live.

  • The winner will be notified via email/phone within 10 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, another winner will be selected.

6. General Conditions

  • By entering the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of 3 Rivers Outdoor Company, which are final and binding.

  • 3 Rivers Outdoor Company is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical errors.

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow 3 Rivers Outdoor Company to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law and to be subscribed into marketing campaigns.  Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during the survey will be used solely for the purpose of the raffle and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • 3 Rivers Outdoor Company is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the raffle or the acceptance or use of the prize.

9. Governing Law

  • The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
