It's BACK!! The Fifth Annual 3ROC Chili Bowl returns to our corner of the universe in Regent Square on Sunday, March 1st (originally Saturday, February 7th). 

Got a chili recipe that you’d love to share with the world? Have the perfect combination of spices that you think will smoke the competition?!! Ready to knock some socks off with the most unique and creative take on chili? Friends, the time has come again to fire up those crock pots, sharpen your taste buds, and prepare to cook or taste the best batch of chili with neighbors and friends at the Fifth Annual 3ROC Chili Bowl!

Join us as a chili chef or taste your way through bowl after bowl of tasty goodness. This event will be mostly outdoors, so dress for whatever weather February in Pittsburgh throws at us. The shop will be open to browse seasonal outdoor gear and warm up, and outside the 3ROC campfire will be ablaze.

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place chili, best vegetarian recipe along with an award for the most creative recipe. Our tasters have the power to vote their favorite recipes to sweet (or spicy) victory!

Our Community Impact Partners will be on site to bring great beer, cooling hop water and BIKES to the Bowl! Chili Bowl V will serve as the official kick off for our new partnership with Cinderlands Beer Co. and Free Ride. Cinderlands' Full Squish Hazy IPA and non-alcoholic Hop Water will be available at the event, and throughout the partnership for a $5 suggested donation benefiting Free Ride's mission.
