Community Impact Partnership
Up the Impact!
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
3 Rivers Outdoor Company prides itself on being Pittsburgh’s Hub for the Outdoor Community, and recognizes the power of collaboration to influence positive change in the Pittsburgh region. The shop partners with local breweries and environmental or recreation-based nonprofit organizations on a semiannual basis to host mission-specific and fundraising events, raising funds for nonprofit partners through beers poured for donation at the in store tap at 3ROC.
Whether you are attending a Community Campfire on a Friday night, a Knot Tying workshop, a film festival, or just want to enjoy a tasty, locally brewed beer while you shop; you are supporting the important work of local nonprofits with every sip!

OUR CURRENT PARTNERS
Allow us to Introduce…our Community Impact Partners for July through December 2023!
3ROC is excited to partner with UpstreamPgh and Brew Gentlemen as our Community Impact Partners for Summer/Fall 2023. The partnership will officially kick off on Saturday, July 15th at UpstreamPgh's Summer Stream Sweep from 9am to noon with a celebration afterwards at 3ROC. At this kickoff celebration, we will introduce the community to all three partners and highlight our plans for the coming months. All are welcome!
ABOUT UPSTREAMPGH
UpstreamPgh works to identify smart solutions for our environment that help people live better lives. With a heritage of restoration and stewardship of the Nine Mile Run Watershed, and strong leadership in stormwater management, our actions are rooted in our belief that a healthy ecology is the cornerstone of a healthy community.
ABOUT BREW GENTLEMEN
Run by a small team with the shared belief that beverages bring people together, Brew Gentlemen is recognized as a leading brewery both locally and nationally. Founded by two college friends who dropped everything to carve their own path in the beer industry, Brew Gentlemen has developed their reputation within the Pittsburgh brewing scene for making soft, balanced beers - best exemplified by their flagship IPA, General Braddock’s. The brewery is based in the historic steel town of Braddock, twenty minutes east of downtown Pittsburgh, along the Monongahela River, and located in a renovated electrical supply storefront in the shadow of the still-operating Edgar Thomson Works, the first Bessemer steel plant built by Andrew Carnegie.
