Community Impact Partnership

Up the Impact!

3 Rivers Outdoor Company prides itself on being Pittsburgh’s Hub for the Outdoor Community, and recognizes the power of collaboration to influence positive change in the Pittsburgh region. The shop partners with local breweries and environmental or recreation-based nonprofit organizations on a semiannual basis to host mission-specific and fundraising events, raising funds for nonprofit partners through beers poured for donation at the in store tap at 3ROC.

Whether you are attending a Community Campfire on a Friday night, a Knot Tying workshop, a film festival, or just want to enjoy a tasty, locally brewed beer while you shop; you are supporting the important work of local nonprofits with every sip!

Allow us to Introduce…our Community Impact Partners for January through June 2024!

3ROC is excited to partner with Trail Pittsburgh and Butler Brew Works as our Community Impact Partners for winter/spring 2024. The partnership will officially kick off on Wednesday, January 31st with a Partner Kickoff Campfire at 3ROC. At this kickoff celebration, we will introduce the community to all three partners and highlight our plans for the coming months. All are welcome!

Trail Pittsburgh strives to provide the residents of Southwestern Pennsylvania with sustainable multi-use trail experiences with minimal environmental impact through advocacy, education, stewardship, and strategic partnerships with land managers. By facilitating safe and fun recreation, Trail Pittsburgh connects citizens with the region’s expansive outdoor assets to encourage an active, healthy lifestyle.

As a chapter member of the International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA), Trail Pittsburgh is able to expand our reach and take advantage of IMBA’s extensive support and expertise.

Trail Pittsburgh will continue to focus on multi-use trails for today, tomorrow, and well into the future. If you explore our region’s incredible trails, you’ve experienced and enjoyed our work.

Since opening their doors in 2016, it’s been Butler Brew Works' goal to bring unique craft brews and an upscale menu to downtown Butler. They take pride in using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients in every product that is served in the taproom, from the brewhouse to the kitchen. Many of their grains are sourced from CNC Malt of Fenelton, who farm their fields right in Butler! They are community driven and are excited to offer a local gathering place with a welcoming atmosphere for all!
