How does it work?

We want you to help us grow the outdoor community and become a loyal supporter for our small, independent.  For every dollar you spend at your favorite gear shop, you'll earn one point that can be applied towards rewards.  With every purchase, you'll receive an email or a text notifying you of your balance and a link to the online portal to check on your point balance or cash-in rewards.

Earning Points

 There are many ways to earn points for our loyalty program.  Besides just earning points for dollars you spend, you can earn points by completing any of the following:

• Refering a friend to shop
• Sharing us on social media
• Liking us on social media
• Leaving product reviews

Rewards

Once you start racking up the points, here's how you are rewarded for your loyalty to 3ROC's Hub for the Pittsburgh Outdoor Community*:

• 150 points = Coupon for 10% off your next order
• 250 points = Coupon for 15% off your next order
• 500 points = Coupon for 20% off your next order
• 1000 points = Coupon for 25% off your next order

To redeem your reward, you connect to the portal to redeem a discount code.  Otherwise, stop by the shop and we'll apply the code in-store.

*All 3ROC Promotions, Coupons, Discounts only apply to new in-stock products. Only one coupon/discount per transaction, no discount stacking. Discounts/promotions do NOT apply to used gear, artisan vendor merchandise, clearance items, or other items that may be deemed as not qualified as determined by the manager on duty unless specifically identified in the promotion.
