Warm up your winter! Join us for an evening hike through Frick Park from 3ROC to Bad Sauna in Rockwell Park. At Bad Sauna, we'll enjoy 2 hours of sauna, cold plunge and non-alcoholic hot ginger cider from Jackworth!

Evening Agenda

6:45pm meet at 3ROC where hikers will gather for their guided hike through Frick Park.

7:00pm Hike to Bad Sauna (Ascend Point Breeze),

8:00-10:00pm Enjoy sauna, cold plunge, hot cider and a fire pit for before heading back as a group to 3ROC.

For attendees interested in an earlier end to the evening, feel free to arrange your own transportation from Bad Sauna.

Registration for this event is through Bad Sauna and space is limited. Our last event sold out very quickly - so don't wait!
