Warm up your winter --- it's early spring! Join us for an evening hike through Frick Park from 3ROC to Bad Sauna in Rockwell Park. At Bad Sauna, we'll enjoy 2 hours of sauna, cold plunge and non-alcoholic ginger shots from Jackworth!

Evening Agenda

6:45pm meet at 3ROC where hikers will gather for their guided hike through Frick Park.

7:00pm Hike to Bad Sauna (Ascend Point Breeze),

8:00-10:00pm Enjoy sauna, cold plunge, hot cider and a fire pit for before heading back as a group to 3ROC.

10:40pm Arrive back at 3ROC

For attendees interested in an earlier end to the evening, feel free to arrange your own transportation from Bad Sauna.
