Weekly Mountain Bike Ride in Frick Park!
Join 3 Rivers Outdoor Company and Unison Bike Lab as we ride from our front door in Regent Square to some of the best that Frick Park has to offer.
Every Thursday at 6pm (Meet at 3ROC)
Difficulty Level: Intermediate to difficult. Frick Park trails feature steep uphill and downhill terrain with roots, rocks, and obstacles. We can adapt the ride for different skill levels, but be prepared! Mountain bikes with knobby tires, suspension, and disc brakes are strongly encouraged.
What to Bring: *Helmets are mandatory.
**bring sufficient water, snacks, and spare inner tubes for yourself.

We are teaming up with our friends from Unison Bike Lab to offer a casual weekly Mountain Bike ride at Frick Park! The Pittsburgh-area is home to an incredible system of city, county and state parks that offer thrilling single and double track riding….many within 10 miles of downtown!
Post ride beers available for DONATION benefit our current nonprofit partner - the Rachel Carson Trails Conservancy. Beer for donation generously provided by our brewery partner, Arboretum Trail Brewing Co.
