Meet Meg, a LONG time 3ROC customer and now 3ROC Ambassador! She's a badass ultra-runner, RN, Mom (to both a human & dogs), and LOVES to get outside! 

She's super stoked to start leading a monthly stroller and dog friendly group run at various spots around the city. 

Join her August 28th at 6pm at Three Rivers Heritage Trail parking lot at the Terminal Building (Google Link for Directions) for a 4-5 miles easy pace (10-12 min/mile) family and dog friendly run. Strollers and Joggers welcome. This will be on flat ish hike/bike trails with possible bridge crossings. Stay for the community after, at the Sly Fox Brewery.
