Meet us at the shop for a group run every Tuesdsay through Frick Park! All abilities are welcomed, and we run rain OR shine. Post run beers available for DONATION benefit the current nonprofit partner organization.

Distance / Pace Option

We offer four pace groups each week:

• 10 minute. Expect to run 5-6 miles. 
• 11 minute. Expect to run 5-6 miles. 
• 12 minute. Expect to run 5-6 miles. 
• The Party Pace group averages 13-14 minute miles and usually runs 3-5 miles. 

All groups are no drop.
