Meet us at the shop for a group run every Tuesdsay through Frick Park! All abilities are welcomed, and we run rain OR shine. Post run beers available for DONATION benefit the current nonprofit partner organization - currently Rachel Carson Trails Conservancy (RCTC).. Beer for donation generously provided by Arboretum Trail Brewing Co. (Arbo).
Each week, there will be at least 2 pace groups with a 10 minute mile group departing at 6pm and a 12 minute mile group departing at 6:20pm.
