Come out with the family for a mountain bike ride on mostly double and some single track trails through the treetops of Frick Park. Expect an hour long ride with frequent stops for hydration and snacking, some flat terrain but limited hills will be encountered. Rear and front mounted kid carrier bike attachments encouraged (ie Shotgun Seats), kids on their own bikes able to ride a few miles up to an hour and can manage some hills. No shame in the walking game, this is a no drop ride. Frick is not well suited for bike trailers. Frick Park regulars and 3ROC customers Gus and his Dad Rex will be leading this group ride during GEAR FEST!
