This workshop is the fourth in a wilderness survival series.
Join instructors from True North Wilderness Survival School at Frick Park, conveniently located in the Regent Square neighborhood of the City, to learn the basics of using a map and compass. During this course you will learn about the compass and other gear, how to read a map, and use available resources.
Taught by experienced professionals, with real wilderness and medical experience, this easy 3-hour program will be a great introduction to gaining the confidence that you need to better protect yourself and others when help is delayed or unavailable.
