ReUse Fest 2018

PRC’s seventh annual “ReuseFest” Earth Day weekend will be a one-of-a-kind ONE-DAY COLLECTION EVENT FOR MATERIALS DESTINED FOR REUSE!  So mark your calendar for Saturday, April 21, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. to come to the Children’s Hospital employee parking lot in Lawrenceville to conveniently drop off a wide variety of materials for reuse including bikes, medical supplies, usable building materials, household and kitchen items, gently used furniture and bedding, art supplies, pet supplies, skateboarding supplies, clothing, business casual shoes/jewelry/purses, vintage items and much, much more.  All materials donated will be reused in some fashion, whether resold, repurposed or given to those in need in our region and around the world. New this year:  ReuseFest will accept outdoor equipment and apparel (clothing, packs, tents, etc.) in collaboration with 3 Rivers Outdoor Co.  All outdoor material collected will be resold on consignment at the 3ROC shop with proceeds benefitting PRC.

CELEBRATE EARTH DAY WEEKEND AT “REUSE FEST”!  Throughout the four-hour ReuseFest collection event, special Earth Day weekend activities will include food trucks, pop-up shops, children’s craft projects, giveaways, volunteer sign-up opportunities and much more.
